I would like to wish you a warm welcome to Mile Oak's website. My name is Lisa, and I am the Registered Manager at Mile Oak. With over 25 years of experience in care, I have proudly spent the last 13 years at Mile Oak, where I lead a dedicated team of carers. I hold many accreditations, including my NVQ Level 4 and the Registered Managers Award.
At Mile Oak, we believe that person-centred care is the foundation of providing the highest standard of care. My team treats every resident with dignity and respect, encouraging their independence and honouring their personal preferences and choices.
