Since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have had processes in place to protect all of those in our care, as the health and welfare of our residents continues to be our highest priority.
- We're regularly testing our staff and residents
- We have robust cleaning and infection control processes
- We have good supplies of PPE
- We have pre-booked visiting (indoors and outdoors)
We're welcoming new residents
We understand that many families may be concerned about supporting a loved one's move into a care home during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we would like to reassure you that we're working differently so that we can welcome new residents safely, provide safe visits for loved ones and protect those who live with us.
We never forget that the day-to-day well-being of our residents remains at the forefront of everything we do, and we want the residents in our homes to feel comfortable, happy and fulfilled. We encourage you to contact the home you are interested in through the 'Contact Us' page or by telephone. Our staff will be happy to help you and answer any questions or concerns you might have.
Safe visiting
We are delighted that changes to government guidance now allows our residents unlimited visitors who can enter our homes for pre-booked visits. Some precautions remain in place, including the wearing of PPE, hand hygiene and screening.
Our homes will be able to provide you with more information about the arrangements for these visits.
